As a WorkCare Injury Management Consultant, you will develop relationships with internal and external customers, whilst providing support to the DHL WorkCare team.

Role responsibilities

Identify & provide timely intervention strategies to address reported injuries
Manage the injury management process
Facilitate safe, and sustainable return to work in a timely manner for an injured worker
Maintain accuracy of claims filing of records and the claims management system
Advise & assist management through the injury management, claims and rehabilitation process
Manage authorisation of rehabilitation providers to be used on a claim
