Manage and developACI (Automated Customer Interface) systems, widen the scope of customer e-solutions, boost the deployment of different “ease of use” solutions on country level:
- Assist DHL customers in finding the best ACI solution to launch and handle their shipments and getting in touch with DHL in easy way;
- Migrate customers to harmonized CAS (Customer Automation Software) solutions, train SalesExecutives and/orCustomerService to propose CAS to customers and develop simplified CAS solutions for printing labels using any printer;
- Reporting: issuing, analyzing and providingall necessary reports, tracking ESS performance.
