Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the current NEC and local Lexington codes.
Troubleshoot complex circuitry and electrical components with high precision.
Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications.
Mentor and supervise apprentices (1:1 ratio) to help build the next generation of Lexington tradespeople.
Maintain a clean, safe job site and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
License: Valid Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License (EE) is required.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in the electrical trade.
Tools: Must have your own standard hand tools.
Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical theory, motor controls, and pipe bending.
