Graphic Designer: Snapdragon Cannabis Co.
About the Role Snapdragon Cannabis Co. is looking for a Graphic Designer to take an active role in shaping the visual direction of our brand across digital and print platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working across a variety of mediums, from digital campaigns to packaging, and who brings both creativity and strategic thinking to their work. You will not only execute design projects but also help guide creative direction, contribute ideas, and elevate the overall brand experience.
You will be instrumental in defining how Snapdragon presents itself visually, supporting everything from product launches and marketing campaigns to print materials and select social content.

What You’ll Do
Develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns, product launches, and trade events
Design social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and marketing materials
Create print-ready files for catalogs, brochures, retail displays, and signage
Produce digital ads for Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Ensure all final deliverables are accurate, polished, and production-ready
Research competitors and industry benchmarks
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
3 to 5 years of professional design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience designing for social media platforms, especially Instagram
Strong background in digital design including advertising, email, and web assets
Experience with print design and production including catalogs, brochures, and signage
Solid understanding of print production processes and specifications
Interest in or experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows
Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, or InShot
Comfortable working with new tools and adapting to evolving technologies

Brings a conceptual approach to design, not just execution
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to contribute creatively
Bonus If
Experience developing brand identities from concept through final guidelines
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, After Effects, or Keynote
Exposure to motion graphics, UX/UI, or environmental design
Experience working alongside photographers, illustrators, or production teams
Portfolio Requirement A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for consideration.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000
