People Plus is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift / Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and overhead/mobile cranes to move, load, unload, and position materials safely and efficiently within our facility and work sites.Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely and in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Load, unload, transport, and stack materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance checks on machinery.
- Ensure all lifting operations are completed safely and accurately.
- Follow site safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control and material handling activities.
- Report equipment faults, safety concerns, or incidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
