Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Temp-to-HireSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position SummaryPeople Plus are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary liaison between customers and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring effective communication, coordinating shipments, resolving customer concerns, and supporting warehouse and administrative functions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer communications, including email inbox monitoring and timely responses.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to established procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate invoicing and billing based on customer-specific tariffs and requirements.
- Support warehouse operations through inventory checks, stock counts, and supply management.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
- Fluent in English with basic math, reasoning, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods and performing occasional warehouse-related tasks.
Requirements- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Must successfully pass KTN FLD certification exams, including both the Practical and Theory exams.
- Must be physically capable of performing T&R duties as required.
- Must successfully pass:
- Physical lift test (minimum 55 lbs.)
- Drug screening
- Audiogram screening
Work Environment- Primarily office-based environment.
- Occasional visits to warehouse areas for operational support and inventory activities.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds as needed.
- Ability to perform occasional warehouse-related duties.
