We’ re hiring for multiple positions that work together to ensure accurate claims processing, payment posting, and customer support.What You’ ll Be Doing:Entering and verifying patient demographics and insurance information Coding and preparing ambulance claims for billing Handling combined roles that manage both patient info and coding processes Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets; importing/exporting data between systems Processing deposits, verifying payments, and maintaining accurate records Posting payments into billing software and reconciling accounts Reviewing accounts for refunds and processing accordingly Contacting insurance companies, hospitals, and patients to check claim status Filing appeals for denied or unpaid claims and following up on outstanding balances Supporting specialized roles (Auto, Medicaid, Contract Clerks) with claim follow-ups Answering inbound calls, assisting patients, and processing payments What We’ re Looking For:Strong Excel and basic math skills Comfortable working with data and multiple systems Good communication skills for phone and customer interaction Insurance knowledge and EOB understanding is a plus (not required) Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Why Apply?Variety of roles and growth opportunities Hands-on training provided Ready to get started?
