NOW HIRING: CONCRETE CREW LEADER!People Plus is looking for an experienced Concrete Crew Leader to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced concrete professional who can lead a crew while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every job. Pay: $40–$45/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00/4:00 PM Some overtime may be required based on workloadThis position could be temp-to-hire or direct-hire depending on the candidate. What You’ll Do:• Lead and supervise a concrete crew on job sites • Place, screed, and finish concrete for slabs, floors, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and curbs • Bull float, hand float, edge, and joint concrete • Operate walk-behind power trowels • Complete broom, mag, steel trowel, and decorative/stamp finishes • Check grades and slopes using levels or lasers • Perform saw-cut layouts and apply curing/sealing products • Complete punch-list work, including patching, joint caulking, and grinding • Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specificationsWhat We’re Looking For:• Previous concrete finishing and crew leadership experience required • Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques • Ability to read grades, slopes, and project specifications • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions If you have the experience of leading a crew and the skills to deliver high-quality concrete work, we want to hear from you!
