Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Rehab Technician, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence. You will work alongside therapists and nurses to support effective treatments and create a positive, caring environment that encourages patients on their healing journey. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact – helping patients move forward while living out our mission to improve lives every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting therapists with treatments and exercises and helping tailor therapy plans to each patient’s needs
- Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas to create a safe, organized space for patients and staff
- Helping patients get to therapy sessions and assisting with dressing, positioning, and other needs so they feel comfortable and ready for care
- Tracking supplies, completing basic paperwork, and sharing important patient information with the rehab team
- Supporting the team with tasks like helping during mealtimes or other duties that keep patient care running smoothly
What qualifications you will need:
+ 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- current Basic Life support required
