Job Summary and Qualifications
This position primarily works in the Dishroom or Pot and Pan sink area to ensure that the pots, pans, and dishes are cleaned, sanitized and stored properly. Employee will follow Policy Stat ID 8902446, “Kitchen Ware, Pots, Pans and Utensil Washing in 3 Compartment Sink” to ensure that the proper use of chemicals are utilized per the manufacturing guidelines and that items are stored properly to dry to prevent wet nesting. |

Demonstrates ability through-out shift to successfully work the following positions:
|
Works at a rate consistent washing POTS AND PANS
|
Completes assignments in an accurate and timely manner
|
Cleans, stocks and organizes work area during/after each meal service
|
Completes and turns-in end-of-shift checklist to supervisor.
|
Cleans spills immediately
|
Complete & accurate checkout.
|
Follows supervisor’s instructions.
|
Take assigned breaks in timely manner
|
Practices professional relations skills with, guest, other department staff and co-workers. Notifies supervisor on any problems encountered. AIDET
|
Demonstrates infection control skills including wash hands regularly and wearing hair restraints.
|
Attends Mandatory Department Meetings and educational in-services.
|
Puts all items back at end of line, make sure no wet nesting of Pan
|
Picks up and delivers tray carts as needed.
|
As back up Works Pot Assembly Position
|
As Back up Works Hot Food Side Position
|
Demonstrates proper Handwashing
|
Performs other related functions as assigned.
