Welder for a
1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential for the right candidate.
Schedule:- Monday – Friday- 6 am-2:30 pm
Pay:- $18–$22/hour for highly skilled and qualified welders
- Pay based on experience and welding skills
Responsibilities:- Perform welding on fabricated metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Ensure quality welds that meet safety and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:- Experience with Sub Arc Welding preferred
- Welding Hood
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
