Job Opportunity: Full-Time Maintenance Technician ? Dixon & Princeton | ? $18–$20/hr
We’re seeking a
Maintenance Technician to join our team! Reporting to the Site Manager, this role ensures the property stays in excellent condition while providing quality service to residents and guests.
Responsibilities:- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and common areas
- Prepare units for move-in/move-out (repairs, cleaning, flooring, painting)
- Handle emergency maintenance requests (on-call as needed)
- Groundskeeping: leaf removal, tree trimming, pressure washing
- Inspect units, change air filters, replace bulbs/batteries, clean HVAC coils
- Assist with garbage removal and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- Property maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills & sense of urgency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must bring necessary tools daily
