About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in accurate, timely financial work and thrives in a structured, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate general ledgers
• Reconcile accounts and record journal entries on a regular basis
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity
• Maintain organized records in compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines
