This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained.Responsibilities:Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of the church and facilitiesPerform basic repairs and maintenance as neededCoordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessaryMonitor building systems and report maintenance issuesAssist with room setups and breakdowns for church events and activitiesHelp maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentPerform light cleaning and grounds maintenance as neededKeep track of maintenance needs, supplies, and projectsEnsure facilities are ready for services, meetings, and special eventsRespond to facility-related needs in a timely and professional mannerQualifications:Previous facilities, maintenance, custodial, or building management experience preferredStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsComfortable performing basic repairs and maintenanceReliable, trustworthy, and self-motivatedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed
