Material Handler Pay: $19/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–3:30pm; Friday, 6:00am–10:00am (overtime as needed Friday afternoons) Type: Temp-to-Hire (eligible after 520 hours with good attendance and performance) Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Materials Department. This position plays a key role in supporting the assembly line by accurately picking and delivering forklift parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pick forklift parts from bins using a pick list to fulfill production needsLoad and stage carts with parts for assembly (3 carts per forklift build)Operate a stand-up forklift occasionally to retrieve larger partsMaintain organization and accuracy within the materials areaEnsure safe and efficient movement of materials to the production lineFollow all safety and quality guidelinesRequirements:Previous experience in material handling or warehouse preferredAbility to walk and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBasic reading and comprehension skills for pick lists and part numbersMust wear safety shoesExperience operating a stand-up forklift a mustComputer Experience to Receive Parts
