Production PackerLocation: Paris, KY Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Mandatory Overtime: Until 5:50 PM and some Saturdays as neededPosition OverviewWe are hiring dependable and hardworking Production Packers to join a busy manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This position is responsible for packaging finished briquette products, performing quality checks, and keeping production moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage finished briquette products into cartons, boxes, or containers according to specificationsInspect products for quality, defects, proper packaging, and accurate labelingAssemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for productionCount, sort, and organize finished productsPrepare packaged products for shipmentAssist with production line operations and other manufacturing tasks as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures, production standards, and company policiesMeet daily production and quality expectationsWork cooperatively with team members and supervisorsQualificationsPrevious production, warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to stand and remain active throughout the entire shiftAbility to consistently lift up to 40–50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentDependable with strong attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to work mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays
