Maintenance TechnicianPay: Negotiable Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Hours may vary) Position Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience and be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of industrial equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.Maintain and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Communicate maintenance issues and completed work to management.Assist with general facility upkeep and other maintenance duties as needed.QualificationsMUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.Previous experience maintaining industrial machinery, production equipment, or manufacturing systems required.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
