As part of a growth-focused franchise group, we are building a strong leadership infrastructure to support new store openings and long-term market stability.
This is a high-priority hiring initiative tied directly to expansion.
We are seeking 3–4 experienced General Managers to lead high-volume QSR locations in the Louisville market. This role carries full P&L responsibility and is heavily focused on food cost, payroll control, team development, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, people-focused, and capable of stepping into a growth environment with stability and leadership maturity.
COMPENSATION
- $55,000 base salary
- $3,000–$4,000 quarterly performance bonuses (up to $12,000–$16,000 annually)
With performance bonuses, total compensation can exceed typical market base pay, positioning this opportunity competitively within the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full P&L ownership ($2M–$4M+ annual volume preferred experience)
- Drive food cost and labor cost performance
- Lead, hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Build bench strength for future expansion
- Ensure brand standards and franchise compliance
- Maintain operational excellence in drive-thru and in-store service
- Execute KPI-driven action plans to improve performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume fast casual
- Strong food cost and payroll management skills
- Proven ability to develop and retain talent
- Experience within a franchise system strongly preferred
