This position services multiple residential and commercial properties throughout Central Kentucky. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.Pay: Competitive pay based on experience. Additional compensation available for applicable certifications and licenses.ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs at multiple propertiesTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and appliancesComplete preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerPrepare vacant units for new tenants, including repairs and punch list completionMaintain grounds and common areas as neededEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standardsCommunicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and managementQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of property maintenance or general maintenance experience requiredStrong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairsHVAC, electrical, plumbing, EPA, or other trade certifications are a plus and may qualify for higher payValid driver's license with reliable transportationAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities across various propertiesMust be dependable, organized, and customer-service orientedAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
