CNC Maintenance Technician1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $17.50–$18.00/hourOur client is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for performing machine setups, line changeovers, tooling changes, and troubleshooting CNC equipment to keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform machine setups, tooling changes, and line changeovers to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot CNC machining issues and assist with machine recoveryMonitor tooling, gauges, and machine performance to ensure product qualityPerform minor program edits, tool adjustments, and machine parameter changesTrain production associates on machine operation, troubleshooting, and rework proceduresSupport Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality with process improvements and new product launchesAssist with Kaizen initiatives, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projectsMaintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and quality proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3+ years of manufacturing experience with CNC equipment preferredBasic mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machine programmingStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to read gauges, perform quality checks, and use basic computer software (Microsoft Office)Team-oriented with the ability to train and support fellow production associatesAble to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing company offering competitive pay, opportunities for skill development, and long-term career growth.
