The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, operating tools and equipment, and contributing to the successful completion of turf installation and light drainage projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of artificial turf on playgrounds, golf courses, and landscaping projectsHelp prepare job sites including ground prep and minor drainage workOperate small machinery and hand tools safely and efficientlyMaintain clean and safe work areasTravel daily to various job sites (transportation provided from Georgetown)Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standardsRequirements:Prior experience in turf, landscaping, construction, or similar outdoor work is a plusAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditionsBasic knowledge of tools, equipment, and job site safetyReliable transportation to the Georgetown meet-up locationFlexibility in schedule depending on project workload
